We develop, build, own, and operate modular, utility-scale battery storage and hybrid solar-plus-storage (“GoodPeakers”) projects across ERCOT.

Our standardized, vertically integrated platform targets tailored nodes and structurally constrained load pockets to meet Texas’ accelerating demand growth.

In 2025, we safe-harbored multiple projects, securing tax credit eligibility for approximately ~340 MW of development capacity.

DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

We develop strategically located, power-ready sites for low-latency, inference-centric data centers and energy-intensive, advanced manufacturing facilities across Texas.

Our 1.5+ GW CloudPeak Campus is strategically positioned at a rare infrastructure nexus — where major transmission, natural gas, fiber connectivity, and highway access converge.

Designed for both speed-to-market and long-term scalability, the campus is being developed in phases across a ~1,200-acre footprint just 20 minutes northeast of downtown Houston — outside city limits and subject to limited zoning constraints.

EPC PARTNER

Our strategic partnership with Trilogy EPC serves as the dedicated execution arm of our vertically integrated platform, providing full-scope engineering, procurement, and construction services.

The partnership is structured to align development pipeline, capital strategy, and construction delivery — ensuring seamless coordination from early-stage planning through commissioning and place-in-service.

This integrated approach enhances schedule certainty and efficiency, minimizes change-order and interface risk, and centralizes procurement to preserve value across the capital stack.
